Introduction

As part of the Laguna Beach Visioning Process, the City hosted a series of 15 community vision workshops to solicit and document public input into the planning process. The workshops offered a range of community groups, neighborhood groups and stakeholders an extended opportunity to participate in the process beyond the Vision Fair. During the community vision workshops, community facilitators invited individuals to share perspectives on the assets and challenges, of Laguna Beach and to describe the desired future that this group of participants would like to see thirty years from today.

The following synthesized results from each of the community vision workshops include comments documented during the workshop discussion and the ideas and concerns expressed in the comment cards. The Vision Document reflects the ideas and concerns expressed during the community vision workshops.
