Planning and Zoning

What We Do

We oversee the General Plan, Specific Plans, Subdivisions, Conditional Use Permits, Historic Preservation Program, Trees on Private Property, and View Preservation and Restoration.

How to Apply for Permits

We will be going back to our previous permitting system, which will require applications be submitted in-person at City Hall. Click here for more information.

The outdoor lockers for dropping off plans and applications are now closed. However, these lockers are available for applicants to pick up plans. Please submit plans in-person at the Community Development counter.
