On June 4, 2019, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.1635/Local Coastal Program Amendment No.15-2254, approving a revision to the existing short-term lodging ordinance. See the link below for a copy of the ordinance. Implementation of this ordinance is currently pending review and approval of a Local Coastal Program Amendment by the California Coastal Commission.
