The TechComm Committee is an advisory Committee to the Laguna Beach City Council that is tasked with monitoring the availability, reliability, quality and pricing of communications services delivered to the City's residents, business and visitors. The Committee is also responsible for exploring and advising the City Council on communications technology and its impact on the community at large. The Committee meets on the second Monday of the month. The meetings start at 4:30 p.m. and are held at the Community Center, 280 Third Street, Laguna Beach. The meetings are open to the public.
