The Community Services Department serves the community by providing quality programs, facilities, recreation, sports and cultural activities in the community. There are sports programs offered to both youth and adults, parent and tiny tot classes, emeritus courses as well as various dance and exercise activities. The department also issues wedding, film, and alcohol permits, and sells bus passes, taxi vouchers and monthly parking permits.

Please Note: Main Beach basketball courts will be closed from October 28 through April 2012 to facilitate construction activities.
