Community Services

The City of Laguna Beach Community Services Department provides creative programs and diverse services to promote an active lifestyle, enhance the quality of life, and build a sense of community for residents and visitors of all ages. 

The Community Services Department is located in the Community and Susi Q Center at 380 Third Street. We can help you with class registration, wedding permits, photo permits, alcohol permits, and any questions you have about parks, recreation, and community services.

The Recreation Committee developed a scholarship program designed to assist in providing recreational opportunities to families in Laguna Beach through the Laguna Beach Community Assistance Grant Program. Program policy information and application is available by clicking here.
