Laguna Beach's Dog Park is open every day, except Wednesdays, from 6:00 a.m. until dusk. It's the only place in Laguna Beach where dogs can run off leash. Everywhere else in town, including beaches, dogs must be on a leash at all times. The park includes a two-acre fenced area for dogs to run, and a smaller area for small breeds to play. There is a doggie drinking fountain and benches for humans.
The dog park usually closes during and after significant rain, and remains closed while the park is still wet and muddy. We post information about weather-related dog park closures on the Home Page of our website, as well as on the City's Facebook and Twitter feeds.
The Dog Park is located in Laguna Canyon, east of downtown Laguna Beach at 20672 Laguna Canyon Road. There is street parking in front of the park.
