LAGUNA BEACH COMMUNITY & SUSI Q CENTER - FACILITY RESERVATIONS

RENTAL of the Laguna Beach Community & Susi Q Center rooms including the Community Room, Art Studio, Game Room & Laguna Room shall be for meetings, presentations, training and similar uses. Room rentals are not allowed for parties, meals, receptions or events where alcohol is served.

ADVANCE RESERVATION NOTICE

Open reservation dates are as follows:
January, February & March, 2010 …. ……..December 1, 2009

July, August & September, 2010…… ……..June 1, 2010
October, November & December, 2010… .September 1, 2010


RESERVATION PROCESS

Applicants may obtain information on availability by calling (949) 464-9535 or email pkoss@lagunabeachcity.net If the room request is available the applicant will receive an application to complete and return to the Community Center City office. When the completed form is returned it will be review and the applicant will be notified if the application is approved or denied. If approved a reservation is confirmed when the security deposit and rental fees are paid in full.
