OES 313

OES 313 (Office of Emergency Services) is part of the State of California's Emergency Management Agency.  The State has prepositioned 120 engines throughout the State; five are located here in Orange County.  The City is responsible to staff this engine and dispatch it as requested as part of the State's Master Mutual Aid Plan.  The City is also able to use the engine as a reserve engine when one of our front line units go down for maintenance.  The engine is a 2002 HME Fire Engine and while housed at Fire Station Two it is staffed by the personnel at Fire Station Three.
