| | The Laguna Beach Police Department is organized into three divisions and five budgetary activities that provide general law enforcement services, including Animal Services. There are 86 positions within the Police Department, of which 49 are sworn police officers. In addition, the department utilizes 10 reserve officers, 24 community volunteers, 4 police explorers, and 18 seasonal positions during the summer months. The three divisions are: - Field Services
- Investigative Services
- Support Services
