CIP 297 Animal Shelter Renovation Bid
The Animal Shelter is located at 20612 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach. In general, the work includes the demolition of an existing kennel area of approximately 900 sf and reconstructing an office area addition of approximately 200 sf; reconfiguring masonry walls for cat kennels; renovating existing dog kennels; replacement of all under-slab sewer piping; replacement of heating and electrical systems; and other general renovation activities.
