Supplemental documents for the Loma Terrace design RFP. Contact Will Holoman, Project Manager with questions.
Some interesting comments and questions from the site visits has prompted the following clarifications on the project/RFP:
1) The new trunk line will terminate into the manhole adjacent to the lift station;
2) The existing pipes which form the Third Street Siphon may be lined and re-used. This may be preferred over attempting extensive construction on the hill. The manhole on the hill shown in the concept may be placed elsewhere and the collection points may be moved to ease constructability;
3) The Senior Center on the corner of Third Street and Mermaid replaces at least six sewer laterals shown on the District Sewer Map with a single lateral in the driveway;
4) As-builts for the Senior Center are available from the City;
5) Previous surveys and soils reports are not available for this project;
6) The relevant full sized sewer district map (#58) may be found here.
