A: The City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month (except in August when the Council meets on the Third Tuesday only). The Meetings are at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 505 Forest Avenue, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. The agenda for each meeting is available on the Friday before the meeting. Agendas are available at City Hall or on the City's web site.

A: Provide self-addressed, stamped #10 envelopes to the City Clerk's Office. You will be notified when the last envelope is being used. Agendas are posted on the website.

A: There are two Commissions: 1) Planning Commission and 2) Arts Commission.
There are two Boards: 1) Board of Adjustment/Design Review Board and 2) Personnel Board.
There are six Committees: 1) Telecommunications Committee, 2) Heritage Committee, 3) Housing and Human Affairs Committee, 4) Open Space Committee, 5) Parking/Traffic/Circulation Committee, and 6) Recreation Committee.

Q: How do I register to vote?
A: If you are a U.S. citizen and over 18 years of age, you are eligible to register to vote. Voter registration cards are available for the City Clerk's office. You may pick-up a form or call 497-0705 and one will be mailed to you. If a person makes any change in his/her name, address or political party, he/she must re-register.
Q: When are City elections held?
A: The City's General Municipal Election is held in November of even numbered years.
