The City of Laguna Beach is pleased to welcome The Retail Coach, the City's retail recruitment partner, for a in-person site visit on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, including a public workshop where we want to hear input on the future of retail in Laguna Beach.

As part of the City's continued Economic Development efforts, The Retail Coach will tour key commercial districts, meet with City staff, local brokers, property owners, and business operators to help shape a strategy for attracting new retail that fits Laguna Beach's unique character and values.
