LAGUNA BEACH, CA – Southern California Edison (SCE) is planning for a possible Public Safety Power Shutoff starting Sunday, October 29, 2023, due to extreme fire weather conditions including high winds. SCE has notified the City that the following areas of Laguna Beach may have their power shutoff: Agate & Acres Circuits (see map below):
