Sally's Fund

Sally's Fund provides free transportation to and from the Laguna Beach Community and Susi Q Center. Residents 60 years plus can schedule a ride to attend the lunch program or classes Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The City of Laguna Beach sponsors Sally's Fund.

Cost: Free to or from the Susi Q. 

Transportation should be scheduled in advance and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call (949) 499-4100 for an appointment or for more information.

Age Well Senior Services

Age Well Senior Services provides free, non-emergency medical transportation for Laguna Beach residents at least 60 years old to Mission Hospital in Laguna Beach and Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. 

Age Well Senior Services also provides non-emergency medical transportation to locations outside Laguna Beach in Irvine, Newport Beach, and San Clemente a maximum distance of 15 miles from residence. They will also drive to Kaiser Anaheim and Long Beach Veterans Hospital. Riders must be at least 60 years of age and ineligible for OCTA Access services.

Cost: $2 for a one-way trip. Rides must be scheduled at least 24-hours in advance. Care attendants ride free of charge.

Jewish Federation and Family Services

The mission of JFFS's Silver Streak is to keep seniors and people with disabilities healthy, independent and connected to things that give life meaning and purpose.

Silver Streak helps older adults, 60+, who cannot drive maintain their connections to friends and family, be active and involved in the community, run important errands, and attend medical and social service appointments. The program also serves individuals under 60 with temporary and permanent disabilities.

Seniors 60 years of age and older receive a discount on fares for the fixed-route bus routes operated by the Orange Country Transportation Authority. For more information, please call (714) 560-5932.

OCTA Access

A person is eligible for OCTA ACCESS service if they are unable to board or exit a fixed-route bus, get to or from a bus stop due to physical and/or environmental barriers, or does not understand how to ride the bus. Eligibility is based on a person's functional abilities and limitations due to a disability, not a specific diagnosis or disability.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 5:30 a.m. -10:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m.-11 p.m.
