Laguna Beach's five-member City Council is elected at large and is responsible for the legislative functions of the City. City Council Members serve four-year terms. City Council meetings are generally held at 5:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. There are some exceptions. View the schedule of City Council meetings on the City Calendar.

If you are interested in a development or land use application scheduled to be heard by the City Council, you may request a site visit from councilmembers by submitting a completed site visit agreement.
