NEW - Real Property Reports

Effective July 19, 2025, the City is launching a streamlined Real Property Disclosure process (formerly known as the Real Property Report). Requests will now be processed within a few business days, rather than the previous turnaround time of several weeks In addition, effective July 1, 2025, the processing fee will be reduced from $400 to $40.

To submit a request, please use the City’s Public Permit Portal and refer to the links below for additional information and instructions.

The City of Laguna Beach now accepts online/digital submittals for Building Permits and Zoning Plan Check through our Public Permit Portal. You can now submit your application from the convenience of your home or office in two simple steps:
