New planning applications for Zoning Plan Checks, Conditional Use Permits, Design Review, Administrative Use Permits, Temporary Use Permits, and other entitlements are submitted online through the City’s Public Permit Portal Link. If you received an incomplete letter and are re-submitting your plans, please do so through the public permit portal.
General Questions:
General planning questions can be answered either in-person at the counter during our posted counter hours and without an appointment, OR by booking an appointment online with the planner of the day. You may select a telephone or Microsoft Teams video session for your appointment. This option cannot be utilized for application submittals. However, you may use the appointment for technical assistance with your permit portal submittal.
