Contesting a Parking Citation

If you feel that you should not have been issued a parking citation, or if you believe there are mitigating factors, you may contest the citation by visiting the citation processing center online at www.citationprocessingcenter.com or scan the QR code of the citation to direct to the website.

You may call Parking Services CSO Bastani at (949) 497-0355 if you have further questions. 

• Include copies of any documentation to support your claim.
• Include your citation or reminder notice.
• Include your full name and correct mailing address, including suite or apartment number and zip code.
• Please note that any documents you include will not be returned.

Citations cannot be paid at the Police Department and must be paid online or by mail.
