Agendas, Meeting Videos, and Minutes

*This webpage is not the official record of meetings. The official record is the City’s document repository.

OneMeeting is the City’s new agenda management system

Through this OneMeeting public portal, you can access upcoming and recent City Council agendas, staff , and related materials.

Tips for Navigating the Portal:

  • For the best experience, use Google Chrome as your web browser.
  • Use the Search or Advanced Search features to find past topics and meetings.
  • Find the meeting you’re interested in. You’ll see two types of links:
    • HTML – opens the meeting packet directly in your browser.
    • Adobe PDF – downloads the meeting packet as a PDF to your computer. (Note that this may be several hundred pages!)
  • In the HTML Packet, each agenda item is clearly numbered and lettered.
    • A paperclip icon next to an agenda item indicates that attachments, including staff reports and supporting materials, are available. Click on the agenda item to view its materials.
    • Click the view icon (an eye symbol) to preview the attachment in a new browser window.
    • To download the attachment as a PDF, click the download icon (a cloud with a downward arrow).

For assistance accessing City Council meeting materials, please reach out to the City Clerk's Office at amckay@lagunabeachcity.net.

Have you visited the City's YouTube channel?

City of Laguna Beach meetings are also available to view on the City of Laguna Beach’s YouTube Channel.
To enable the transcript feature, click “more” under the description of a meeting video, and click “Show transcript." The meeting transcript will populate to the right of the video, and the public is able to search key terms and locate timestamps in the transcript through the find command, by holding control+F on PC or command+F on Mac.

Windows Media Player is required to view the videos. This can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft website here.
