The City of Laguna Beach uses multiple methods to communicate to residents and visitors during an emergency or to relay time-sensitive information. Some, like citywide text alerts, require you to sign up. Others, like Wireless Emergency Alerts and the Outdoor Warning System sirens and speakers, are broadcast to everyone within a certain area.

Dog Park Notifications

Red Flag Parking Restriction Notifications
Alerts when the National Weather Service (NWS) issues a Red Flag Warning and parking restrictions go into effect in specific neighborhoods. To subscribe, text LBREDFLAG to 888-777.
