Vehicles displaying a valid disabled parking placard or plate may park in any on-street metered parking space, or any space in a City-operated parking lot, without paying.  Vehicles must still obey sign and curb markings and can park for no more than 72 hours.

RV's may be parked on City streets for up to five hours in a 24-hour period. 

The Laguna Beach Police Department issues RV Parking Permits which allow parking for up to 72 hours on City streets. 

In order to obtain the RV parking permit, individuals must visit the Police Department during normal business hours (8am to 5pm, 7 days a week).

When applying for an RV parking permit, please provide the following:

• Driver's License
• Description of RV
• License plate and registration
• Location where the RV will be parked

Bus and charter parking is only available on sanctioned spots on Laguna Canyon Road. The spots are marked by bagged meters in front of the tennis courts next to Festival of Arts. The photo below marks the spots by the red line.

For easy navigation, the closest location to the bagged meters is 650 Laguna Canyon Rd, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

Parking is NOT available at the following:

• Any open meters not market by bags on Laguna Canyon Road
• Along the Pacific Coast Highway
• In any lots throughout the city including Lot 16

Bus and charter parking cannot be reserved in advance and is only accessible on a first come first serve basis.
